Management&Maintenance

Our company offers a full property management services along with property maintenance and cleaning to guarantee that your investment receives the best possible care whether you use the property for your own use or you rent it out .We will look after and keep your property in good order at any time. We will hold the keys of your property, organise your paperwork, visit your property every week to make sure that everything is fine. We also will pay your utility bills and annual tax on your behalf. If any repairs are needed we can arrange for a qualified technical person to visit the place and fix the problem.
We will inform you if any problems that may arise and quotes can be obtained for works on your behalf. Gardening, painting and decorating and building works can also be undertaken at additional cost. For providing the above services we charge annual management fee between 300 - 400Euros depends if it is apartment or house.

Property Letting

Our team assists tenants engaging itself with meeting them at the airport / train station, ensuring bus transport for them, or helping them to rent a car. We can offer to the tenants different amusement and entertainment. We can organise different ski packs with ski instructors and companies who service ski tracks and ski lifts, excursions, sightseeing tours of local attractions ....

We contact with the property owner and keeps him informed about current, future or past reservations and the rental amounts.
Our commission is 10% of the gross rental income.

Note: You can sign contract with Us for both services - Management&Maintenance and Property letting, But you also can sign contract with us only for one of the services we provide.
